He has to his credit about 24 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He completed his BE and ME from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. He completed his Ph.D. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has published 47 papers in various International and National Conferences. Out of which eight papers have been published in the International Journals namely, International Journal of Services and Operations Management, The TQM magazine, International Journal of Information Technology and Management, Journal of Manufacturing Technology and Management, iBusiness, International Journal of Applied Engineering Research, International Journal of Engineering Studies and International Journal of Quality and Innovation. Two papers have been published in the National Journals namely Industrial Engineering Journal and Productivity Journal. He is a member of Editorial Boards of few International Journals. He has organized AICTE sponsored STTPs, Conferences, Workshops and Seminars. He has published a book on Engineering Drawing and Computer Graphics. He has visited National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan for presenting his research paper. He is a member of CII Tamil Nadu Education Panel.
