- Before admission, each student has to pay admission fee, mess deposit, establishment and other charges which may be revised from time to time.
- In addition to the above, the residents shall pay the expenses incurred towards the salary paid to the hostel staff, electricity and water charges and maintenance of the hostel premises and messes.
Residents are responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms, corridors etc. They should see that rooms are properly swept every day by servants for that purpose.
All waste paper and refuse must be placed in the receptacle specially provided for this purpose.
Students are not permitted to take their meals to their rooms. As a special case, when a student is confined to bed due to illness, the food may be served in his/her room with the permission of the Warden/Deputy Warden.
Use of Radio, TV, extra lamp and other electrical appliances such as electric iron, electric stove or immersion heater is not permitted. If any of these items are found in the rooms, the same will be confiscated.
Decay able and Non-Decay able items should be put in separate.
- Hostellers will be held responsible for all damages to furniture, fittings etc. in their respective rooms.
- Each room is provided with Table, Chairs, Wardrobes, Bookshelves and Dustbins. The students should bring their own bedding.
- Residents shall not tamper with or damage furniture, electrical fittings or any other property of the hostel.
- Furniture shall not be removed or moved from the rooms to which they have been allocated.
- The rooms should be kept clean and tidy. No papers and posters should be pasted on the walls.
