Facilities

We have a contemporary infrastructure set-up wherein there are complete lines of manufacturing for nylon, concealed, plastic & metal zippers in a wide combination of closed-end, open-end, 2 way closed and open-end applications. We have injection-moulding for plastic chain-making & forming and sewing machines for nylon chain-making. There is an in-house dyeing plant for dyeing the zipper tape. We also have die-casting machines for manufacturing of personalized pullers, sliders and precision machines from Europe for metal manufacturing. The state-of-the-art plant has a production capability of over 1 million pieces per week.
